Scenario

A bulk order in Textile Wet Processing has rising defects, missed hourly targets and inconsistent performance across lines. You are responsible for stabilizing the process before shipment risk grows.

Assignment

  1. Define the critical-to-quality requirements and their acceptance limits.
  2. Map the process from material receipt to handover; locate three variation risks.
  3. Review approvals, first-piece evidence, machine or method settings, inspection data and test results.
  4. Build a corrective-action plan covering containment, root-cause correction, verification and prevention.

Deliverable

Prepare a one-page control plan and explain why each control prevents shipment risk. Review it with a supervisor before taking the certification exam.

Professional standard: Inspection can contain a defect; only process control prevents its return.
